Delete your MINDGRID data
Delete your leaderboard data in the app
MINDGRID only stores data about you on our server if you joined the global leaderboard. To delete it:
- 1. Open MINDGRID and go to Settings.
- 2. Under Leaderboard, tap Leave leaderboard.
- 3. Tap LEAVE to confirm.
This permanently deletes, straight away: your nickname, your country flag, the random player ID the app created, your best scores and game statistics, and all of your Daily Challenge results. Nothing from your leaderboard entry is kept afterwards. Your progress on the phone is not affected, and you can rejoin later as a new entry.
If you no longer have the app
If you uninstalled MINDGRID before leaving the leaderboard, email support@makelabs.io with the subject "Delete my MINDGRID data" and tell us your nickname (and flag, if you chose one) so we can find your entry. We will delete the same data listed above within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Data stored only on your phone
Your progress, statistics and settings never leave your phone. Settings > Reset progress erases them, and uninstalling MINDGRID (or clearing its storage in Android settings) removes everything the app saved.
Advertising data
Ads in the free version are served by Google AdMob, which collects data such as your advertising ID under Google's own policies; we do not hold that data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings under Google > Ads, and manage Google's use of your data at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
