Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and MakeLabs ("we", "us") about your use of the MINDGRID app. By installing or playing MINDGRID you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. Google Play's own terms also apply to your download and any purchase.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MINDGRID on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its puzzles, design and code belong to us or our licensors.
You agree not to:
- modify, decompile or tamper with the app, or use cheats, bots or automated tools;
- submit scores you did not earn by playing, or otherwise interfere with the leaderboard or its servers;
- use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights;
- use the app for anything unlawful.
The leaderboard
Joining the leaderboard is optional. Your nickname, flag and scores are shown publicly. We may edit or remove any nickname or score, or remove a player from the leaderboard, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, and we may reset leaderboards. Rankings are provided for fun; we do not guarantee their accuracy and there are no prizes.
Ads and Remove Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase through Google Play that turns off the ads shown between games on the Google account used to buy it. Optional reward videos stay available if you want extra hints. Prices are shown in Google Play before you pay.
Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. If Google refunds a purchase, we may switch ads back on. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and availability
We keep improving MINDGRID, so features, puzzles and scoring may change. We may suspend or end online features such as the leaderboard at any time. The offline game continues to work with the version you have installed.
No warranty
MINDGRID is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or that saved progress will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for MINDGRID in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending these terms
You can stop using MINDGRID at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may remove you from the leaderboard or block your access to online features.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
